This is a stand alone store of approximately 650 square metres located on the edge of a newly constructed retail park. The project involved a fit-out scheme and producing elevation drawings to suit with as much glazing as possible in order to create 'a gold fish bowl' effect in order to display as many suites as possible to the outside. This fit-out scheme included a wrap around mezzanine floor with a large central well containing the access stairs and display landings. Poor ground conditions meant that the mezzanine legs had to be located on individual bases and as a result close liaison was required with the developer's architects and structural engineers.
