This scheme involved the fitting out of a newly constructed speculatively built warehouse and involved alterations to the office section in order to provide welfare facilities (canteen, staff toilets, etc) together with the installation of a large storage mezzanine in the warehouse section of approximately 2000 square metres in area. The scheme included the provision of various access and escape staircases and the installation of goods lifts. It also involved the provision of new lighting both above and below the mezzanine floor to suit the suite storage layout.
