This project involved the fitting out of a newly constructed and speculatively built office/warehouse building of approximately 2000 square metres in floor area. The work was undertaken in two phases. Phase 1 included the design and construction of additional office accommodation and additional toilet and canteen facilities. The Phase 2 works which were undertaken about 12 months later involved the design and overseeing the installation of a large mezzanine floor complete with several fire protected stairwells and goods lifts which were purpose designed and built in Germany. The works also included the design and provision of new services including lighting, heating and alterations to the originally installed fire detection systems.
