Part of our clients building had been left to fall into extreme disrepair. After organising demolition of unsafe areas and a clean up of the site the site gave great potential to an extension of the existing warehouse.
With close dealings with the Local Planning Authority we secured approval for a large warehouse extension to give our client much needed space to the main warehouse.
