This particular client had a collection of old and dilapidated buildings to the rear of his site. Some of the buildings were unsafe and they were systematically demolished and safely removed from the site.
The remaining buildings were poorly maintained and not fit for the proposed use. With close dealings with the Local Planning Authority we secured approval for one large warehouse to give our client the space he required. In addition to this the carpark surface had to be looked at as cars were being damaged by large pot-holes and the surface water was not draining away from the site.
